Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a General Manager to lead a center, develop the coaching team, and deliver exceptional experiences for kids and families. You will drive center performance, oversee operations, and ensure brand consistency across all activities.

You’ll coach and mentor staff, manage scheduling, events, and enrollments, while building strong relationships with families and driving sales to reduce attrition. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience coaching kids aged 6 months–11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by HQ Training and Certification.
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians on various topics.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• KS Coaches App and other coaching platforms familiarity (Glofox, Podium, CareerPlug, PayChex, Homebase).
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives: maintenance, training, branding.
• Daily, weekly, monthly center tasks; delegate and monitor.
• Manage center staff issues and documentation.
• Schedule coach shifts and center events to maximize profitability.
• Lead coaching staff development and meetings.
• Coach students across Brain, Physical, and Character development.
• Record attendance and data using KS Coaches App.
