Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy children’s center. You will drive operations, sales, and staff development to deliver exceptional experiences for kids and families. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and a track record in sales within a childcare or youth-focused environment.

You will manage scheduling, events, and center initiatives while maintaining brand standards and safety. A passion for children and effective communication with families are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a center or similar setting.
• Ability to train and lead staff to meet center goals.
• Excellent communication with families and guardians.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive center KPI’s and financials including a profit and loss statement.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families to align with core values.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
• Manage center-level employee issues and documentation.
• Schedule, staff, and promote events to maximize profitability.
• Drive membership sales through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Lead and evaluate coaching candidates and staff through training processes.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings with regional leaders.
