Job summary

KidStrong Citrus Park is seeking a General Manager to lead the center's operations and team, delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families. You will develop coaches, drive sales, manage KPIs, and ensure brand consistency across programs.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, set coaching schedules, and foster a culture of learning and exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids age 15 months to 11 years.
• Must achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification.
• Complete LearnUpon training as required by HQ team.
• Comfortable speaking with parents/guardians on various topics.
• Management experience required; previous team leadership is a plus.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations, KPIs, and financials to support business goals.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives, maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Schedule, supervise, and support center staff; manage coaching roster.
• Drive sales: calls, trials, events, and bookings; optimize CRM workflow.
• Lead coaching and staff development; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate weekly leadership meetings and center-level programming.
• Deliver kid-focused programming across Brain, Physical, and Character development.
