KidStrong is seeking a General Manager to lead a KidStrong center, driving operations, sales, and people development. The GM will foster a learning culture, train coaches, and build strong relationships with families while delivering key business results.

The role requires athletic coaching background, coaching certifications, and strong leadership capabilities to manage center KPIs and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Athletic/coaching background with kids 15 months–11 years; passion for working with children.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete LearnUpon training as required by HQ.
• Comfortable communicating with parents/guardians on a variety of topics.

Responsibilities

• Center operations: manage KPIs, financials, and center initiatives.
• Sales: lead generation, call drives, event bookings, and bookings from online sign-up.
• Leadership: recruit, train, evaluate, and develop coaching staff; lead staff meetings.
