Job summary

KidStrong Twin Cities in Edina is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager who loves working with kids and families and is ready to lead a busy center. You will split time between coaching the KidStrong experience on the floor and leading sales, member experience, and center operations.

You will mentor coaches, manage onboarding and scheduling, and partner with the General Manager to ensure an exceptional KidStrong experience while driving membership growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or management experience in youth programs, sports, fitness, or family‑oriented settings.
• Ability to coach and sell effectively to families.
• CPR certification or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead on‑floor KidStrong experiences with high energy and safety.
• Mentor and develop coaches; manage onboarding and scheduling.
• Drive center membership growth and engagement through outreach and follow‑ups.
• Oversee day‑to‑day center operations and deliver exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with General Manager to achieve KPIs and maintain center standards.
