Job summary

KidStrong Twin Cities is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to lead the Woodbury center alongside the General Manager. You will spend half your time coaching the KidStrong experience on the floor and half on sales, member experience, and center operations.

The role is full-time, with some evenings and weekends, requiring strong leadership, relationship-building with families, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional KidStrong experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in youth programs, sports, or fitness environments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a focus on safety and member experience.
• Sales and membership growth experience, with ability to communicate value to families.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy KidStrong classes focusing on cognitive, physical, and character development for kids from crawling to 11 years old.
• Mentor and develop the coaching team, maintain a positive, high-performing culture.
• Drive center membership and sales through prospective-family outreach and retention efforts.
• Support center operations in partnership with the General Manager to meet KPI targets and maintain center standards.
