Job summary

KidStrong Great Bridge is seeking a General Manager to lead our center, foster a culture of learning, and drive exceptional experiences for kids, families, and coaches. You will train the coaching team, build relationships with members, and deliver key business results such as sales performance and reduced attrition.

You will oversee center operations, lead coaching staff, manage scheduling, and promote events.

Qualifications

• Athletic/coaching background with experience with kids 15 months–11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by HQ Training and Certification.
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians on a variety of topics.
• Previous management experience required.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and ensure great service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and task delegation.
• Manage center-level employee issues and documentation.
• Set and communicate coach schedules; use scheduling tools.
• Promote and sell KidStrong events to maximize profitability.
• Maintain flawless lead management and drive sales.
• Close sales and bookings from online sign-ups.
• Attend local events to raise brand awareness and leads.
• Lead coaching and staff meetings focusing on culture and product.
• Develop coaching staff through LearnUpon and HQ programs.
• Lead monthly staff meetings on culture, development, and performance.
