Job summary

KidStrong in Annapolis is seeking a General Manager to lead end-to-end center operations, sales, and people development. You will coach staff, partner with families, and drive enrollment and profitability while upholding the KidStrong coaching DNA.

Responsibilities include KPI management, event promotion, scheduling, and leadership meetings to ensure a high-energy, growth-focused environment for kids and families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pediatric center or education-focused team.
• Proven ability to train and develop coaching staff.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building with families.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and improving retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, KPIs, and financials to drive results.
• Build relationships with families and ensure exceptional service.
• Schedule coaches, manage events, and promote camps/parties.
• Lead hiring, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Drive lead generation, trial conversions, and bookings.
• Coach staff on curriculum delivery and program quality.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and ensure brand consistency.
