Job summary

KidStrong Mount Prospect seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead the center, drive member experience for kids and families, and develop a high-performing coaching team. You will manage KPIs, mentor staff, and deliver key business results including sales performance and member retention.

As AGM you will recruit, train, and lead center staff, oversee daily operations, events, and community engagement, and collaborate with franchise leadership to ensure profitable center performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a center or similar operations.
• Coaching or athletic background with kids.
• Proven sales and people management experience.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and KPIs to drive profitability and service quality.
• Lead center sales activities including events, sign-ups, and membership growth.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate coaching staff; mentor team and drive culture.
• Coordinate coaching curriculum, staff schedules, and provider relationships.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and ensure brand consistency across the center.
