KidStrong is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy center in Florida, overseeing operations, sales, and coaching teams to deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.

You will develop coaches, manage programs, and drive key business results while maintaining high standards of service and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for youth development.

Qualifications

• Athletic/coaching background with kids 15 months–11 years, passion for children.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ team.
• Complete LearnUpon training as required.
• Comfortable speaking with parents/guardians.
• Pediatric OT/PT background is a plus but not required.
• Management experience is required.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Familiar with ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, FranConnect.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, body mechanics.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Understand center KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and ensure excellent service.
• Oversee center initiatives: maintenance, training, brand consistency.
• Daily/weekly/monthly center tasks; delegate to staff.
• Manage staff issues and documentation; ensure policy compliance.
• Set coach schedules and coordinate events to drive profitability.
• Lead lead management, sales, and bookings in CRM.
• Attend local events to boost brand awareness and memberships.
• Foster a coaching culture; mentor AGM and coaches.
• Lead coaching team development and quarterly staff meetings.
• Communicate professionally via Slack/Email; participate in weekly leadership meetings.
• Deliver curriculum-focused coaching and track data in KS Coaches App.
