Job summary

KidStrong General Manager in Santa Rosa leads the center, driving business results while fostering a culture of learning and development for coaches and families. You will define goals, train staff, and build strong member relationships to deliver exceptional experiences and improve retention.

The role requires overseeing operations, Sales, and Leadership activities, with a focus on coaching quality, absorption of new programming, and maintaining high standards across the center.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids ages 15 months–11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Training through LearnUpon as required by HQ.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and financials to drive business decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Schedule shifts, manage coaching schedules, and promote events to maximize profitability.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation of coaching staff.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings and drive coaching culture and development.
