Job summary

KidStrong Santa Rosa is seeking a General Manager to lead the center in delivering exceptional experiences for kids, families, and staff. You will develop coaching teams, drive sales performance, and manage day-to-day operations to meet business goals.

The role requires building relationships with members, training staff, and ensuring brand consistency across activities. A strong leadership presence and focus on culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids 15 months to 11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training & Certification.
• Training via LearnUpon as required by HQ team.
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Familiar with ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, FranConnect is preferred.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and deliver customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives: maintenance, branding, training.
• Manage center staffing and schedules; delegate tasks.
• Promote and schedule events to boost center profitability.
