You will manage center operations, staff schedules, and events, partnering with HQ on training and development.

A strong leadership stance and customer-service mindset are essential for success. The role requires experience in management, coaching, and familiarity with learning platforms.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• LearnUpon training completion as required.
• Comfortable discussing topics with parents/guardians.
• Management experience is required.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, set goals, and monitor KPIs.
• Maintain customer service and relationships with families.
• Lead center initiatives like maintenance, branding, and training.
• Schedule staff, manage shift coverage, and events to boost profitability.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Drive sales, event bookings, and engagement at local events.
• Lead monthly staff meetings focusing on culture and performance.
