Job summary

KidStrong General Manager is a leadership role responsible for center operations, coaching excellence, and business results in a bustling family center. You will drive KPI insights, coach staff, and build strong relationships with families while promoting events and memberships.

You will manage scheduling, training, and coaching quality, while leading center-level initiatives across operations, sales and leadership. CPR certification is required and adaptability is essential.

Qualifications

• Athletic and/or coaching background with kids ages 15 months to 11 years.
• Achievement of Coach Certification via HQ Training team.
• Complete HQ LearnUpon training as required.
• Comfort speaking with parents/guardians on various topics.
• Pediatric OT/PT experience a plus, not required.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Familiarity with ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, FranConnect is preferred.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques and body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and finances to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, brand consistency.
• Schedule and coordinate coach hours; manage weekend shifts.
• Promote, schedule, and sell events to boost profitability.
• Lead staff meetings and drive culture, product and performance.
• Coach students with Brain, Physical, and Character development.
• Record data using the KS Coaches App (attendance, awards, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and safety; CPR certified.
