KidStrong Katy General Manager leads the center, developing coaching teams and delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families. You’ll drive sales performance, manage center KPIs, and build strong relationships with members while overseeing operations, scheduling, and events.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and achieving center profitability. You will mentor coaches, ensure policy compliance, and foster a culture of learning aligned with KidStrong values.
