Qualifications

• Availability: Full-time, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a leadership role within retail/specialty store.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel/Word; strong written and verbal communication.
• Passion: A drive to be an EWC Brand Culture Warrior.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Floor Leadership: coach associates on sales and service standards.
• Talent Development: recruit and train top talent and foster growth.
• Business Strategy: analyze KPIs and partner with leadership to drive results.
