Job summary

European Wax Center UPMA Group is seeking a Center Experience Manager to act as the CEO of your center, delivering memorable guest experiences while achieving financial results. You will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will lead by example, drive routines on the sales floor, and partner with district leadership to optimize KPIs. A career-path focus and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Availability: Full-time, including evenings and Saturdays.
Leadership experience: minimum 2 years in a multi-service, retail, or specialty store environment.
Skills: proficient in Excel/Word with strong written and verbal communication.
Passion: desire to be an EWC Brand Culture Warrior.

Responsibilities

Lead the center and ensure a memorable guest experience while meeting financial goals.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists.
Analyze KPIs with District Manager and Regional Wax Trainers to drive improvements.
Maintain center operations, inventory, and compliant standards (TDLR).
