Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (ideally 1+ years).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a community within the center.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate services (Wi-Fi, packages, directions, projector).
• Process service charges and ensure accurate invoices.
• Organize center events and network invitations.
