Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a center in Texas. You’ll oversee financial performance, safety, staffing, and compliance while supporting clinicians delivering ABA therapy to families.

In this full-time, in-center role you’ll manage 25–50 teammates, drive KPIs, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to align operations with clinical care. The position offers a $65,000-$85,000 salary plus a performance bonus up to $18,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred).
• Experience working with autistic children and their families (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage metrics and financials: Oversee KPIs, budget, and performance to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead 25–50 teammates delivering high-quality clinical care, including evaluations and development plans.
• Support families with onboarding education and guidance into ABA treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Admissions, and regional leaders to align operational and clinical goals.
• Maintain compliance and safety across all center operations.
