Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a center in Merrillville, IN. The role leads 25–50 staff, manages KPIs and the budget, and supports clinicians delivering ABA therapy.

Initial immersive leadership training is conducted in Austin, TX, with a clear path for career growth within ABC. The position offers a competitive base salary ($65,000–$85,000) with performance bonuses up to $18,000 annually, 2% 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3–6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree; extensive management experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage KPIs, center budget, and ensure quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead, mentor, and retain 25–50 teammates delivering high-quality clinical care.
• Support families by providing onboarding education and guidance for ABA treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Admissions, and regional leaders to align goals.
• Maintain compliance and safety across center operations.
