Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks an in-center Operations Manager to oversee the center’s finances, staffing, safety, and compliance while supporting clinicians. You will lead 25–50 teammates, drive KPI performance, and partner with Clinical Directors to ensure high-quality ABA care.

Initial leadership training occurs in Austin, TX, with growth paths toward senior regional roles. Competitive salary and performance bonus support long-term success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s/master’s preferred for additional leadership responsibilities.
• Experience working with autistic populations or healthcare/ABA settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPIs and manage the center budget to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead, mentor, and retain 25–50 teammates delivering clinical care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional leaders to align operational and clinical goals.
• Uphold state, payer, and company standards across all center operations.
