Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks an Operations Manager to lead an in-center team and own the center's financial performance, safety, staffing, and compliance while supporting clinicians delivering ABA therapy.

Initial leadership training occurs in Austin, Texas, with ongoing development through ABC programs and regional leadership opportunities. You’ll oversee 25–50 staff per center and partner across departments.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• Experience working with autistic children and their families.

• Oversee KPIs, manage center budget, and ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and retain 25–50 teammates delivering clinical care.
• Support families with onboarding and guidance for ABA treatment.
