ABC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a center-based facility in Houston, TX. You will oversee financials, safety and compliance while building a supportive work environment for staff and families affected by autism.

Your role focuses on KPIs, budgets, and team performance, with clear pathways for growth into senior leadership. The position emphasizes community engagement and clinical outcomes collaboration within a multi-site network.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience.
• High emotional intelligence to work with families and clinicians in ABA settings.
• Strong and professional communication style among department leaders.
• Impactful team leader who can handle high-pressure situations and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Metrics & Financials: monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Community engagement: establish strong connections with families, guiding onboarding.
• Team leadership: attract, engage & retain 25-50 teammates; conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Clinical outcomes: partner with admissions, clinical directors and leaders on operations quality.
