Qualifications

• At least 3-6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Oversee KPIs, budget, safety, staffing, and compliance for the center.
• Lead and mentor 25-50 teammates delivering high-quality clinical care.
• Support families with onboarding and ABA treatment guidance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Admissions, and regional leaders to align operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with state, payer, and company standards across center operations.
