Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) in North Houston, TX is seeking an Operations Manager (center-based) to lead a busy ABC center, drive financial performance, ensure safety and compliance, and support clinicians delivering ABA therapy.

This full-time role offers a salary of $65,000–$85,000 per year, plus a performance bonus of up to $18,000 annually, with 10 PTO days, holidays, and a 2% 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• At least 3-6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred; extensive management experience valued.
• Experience working with autistic children and their families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage metrics and financials: oversee KPIs, budget, and center performance.
• Lead 25–50 teammates delivering high-quality clinical care and provide coaching.
• Support families by guiding onboarding and ABA treatment processes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Admissions, and regional leaders to align goals.
• Maintain compliance and safety across center operations.
