Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks an Operations Manager to lead a center in Texas. You will oversee budgets, KPIs, staffing, safety and compliance while supporting clinicians delivering evidence-based ABA therapy.

You will mentor 25–50 teammates and collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional leaders to align operational goals with clinical care. Initial immersive leadership training takes place in Austin, with ongoing courses and events through the Badge Up Program and ABC Leadership

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with autistic children and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPIs, budget, and center performance to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead, mentor, and retain 25-50 teammates delivering clinical care.
• Support families during onboarding and provide education and guidance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Admissions Associates, and regional leaders to align operational goals with clinical care.
• Maintain compliance and safety across center operations.
