Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an in-center team, drive financial performance, safety, staffing and compliance, while supporting clinicians delivering ABA therapy to autistic children. The OM will partner with Clinical Directors and regional leaders to align operations with care goals.

Initial leadership training is in Austin, Texas, with opportunities for career growth through ABC leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• At least 3-6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Manage KPIs and center budget to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead 25–50 teammates delivering high-quality clinical care.
• Support families during onboarding to ensure a smooth start to ABA treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Admissions Associates, and regional leaders to align operational goals with clinical care.
• Maintain compliance and safety across all center operations.
