Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring an Operations Manager to lead a center in the United States. You will drive financial performance, safety, staffing, and compliance while supporting clinicians delivering ABA therapy to children.

Here you’ll mentor 25–50 teammates, monitor KPIs and center budgets, and collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional leaders to align operations with clinical care. Expect immersive leadership training and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPIs and the center budget to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead and mentor 25–50 teammates delivering clinical care.
• Support families and collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional leaders.
• Maintain center compliance and safety across operations.
