Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an in-center team, oversee budgets and KPIs, and support families and clinicians delivering evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Initial training occurs in Austin, TX, with a clear career path from OM to regional leadership.

You will manage 25–50 teammates, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate across departments to uphold high-quality care. Competitive salary and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3–6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred; extensive management experience valued.
• Experience working with autistic children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Manage KPIs and center budget to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead, mentor, and retain 25–50 teammates delivering high-quality clinical care.
• Support families with onboarding education and guidance for ABA treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Admissions Associates, and regional leaders to align operational and clinical goals.
• Maintain compliance and safety across all center operations.
