Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA interventions for children with autism, supervise staff, and collaborate with families in Maryland, United States. You will implement data-driven treatment and ensure high-quality care across sessions, with emphasis on patient progress and family education.

The role offers competitive pay in the 100k–115k USD range, a robust quarterly bonus program, and a $10,000 retention bonus for new full-time BCBAs, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state-appropriate) or near-term exam completion.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise ABA interventions that change the lives of children.
• Share in client achievements as they acquire new skills and behaviors.
• Engage families to ensure understanding of assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring concerns and communicating them to the team.
• Supervise and train technicians; contribute to ongoing team growth.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (lifting, moving, active engagement).
