Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time or part-time clinical role in Maryland. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, while collaborating with a supportive clinical team and leveraging advanced data collection tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and confidentiality commitment.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to change behaviors in children with autism.
• Celebrate client progress as positive behaviors and new skills emerge.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge via supervision, training, and orientation of staff.
• Assist with active sessions, including physical tasks and ensuring safety.
