Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for children with autism, from birth to 21 years, including supervision and direct ABA interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam in next 3 months).
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, organization and project management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions.
• Monitor client progress and support positive behavior changes.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by noting concerns and communicating them.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training and orientation of technicians.
• Support physical activity during sessions as children move throughout areas.
