Zusammenfassung

Channel ABA is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to oversee ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Maryland. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, clinical mentorship, ongoing professional growth, and a sign-on bonus of $3,000–$5,000. Salary is up to $120,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification required.
• MD LBA license (or eligible) preferred.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• FBAs and BIPs experience beneficial.

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Design, implement and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs/BTs and mentor staff.
• Perform assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, schools and physicians.
• Ensure documentation and insurance compliance.
