Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Maryland team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. You will design and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team, and support families throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required and BCBA certification is needed or pending within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and supervise interventions for children with autism.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to help children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate positive behavior changes.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by flagging concerns and ensuring appropriate care.
• Train and orient new team members and support staff.
• Physically assist with sessions involving movement and supervision of children ages 2–15.
