Get Set ABA is hiring experienced, passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) near Baltimore County, MD to drive meaningful progress for children with autism and their families. We seek dedicated clinicians to deliver high‑quality ABA services with flexible, hybrid schedules.

This is a BCBA‑led team role with strong clinical support from our Clinical Director, access to CEUs, and clear pathways for growth into supervision, coordination and leadership positions within a growing company.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience in program development and RBT supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
