Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our team in the United States. You’ll develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or candidate within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as positive behaviors develop.
• Support families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of behavioral technicians.
• Physically keep pace with clients during sessions.
