Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead interventions for children with autism, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families. You will implement ABA plans, monitor progress, and ensure fidelity across sessions in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with BCBA eligibility or licensed BCBA preferred.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to interpret and administer clinical assessments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Celebrate client progress as positive behaviors emerge and skills grow.
• Support families by explaining assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Mentor and onboard behavioral technicians to ensure service continuity.
• Assist with sessions requiring physical activity and movement with learners.
