Proud Moments ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full- or part-time clinical expert in Maryland. You will lead ABA-based interventions for children on the autism spectrum and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to focus on high-quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising interventions, guiding families, and mentoring technicians, while maintaining rigorous data collection and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam soon) as applicable by state.
• Proven experience applying ABA with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate achievements as positive behaviors emerge.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training and orientation of the behavioral technicians.
• Physically engage with sessions, including moving with children and enabling activities.
