Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to join our clinical team. You will develop and supervise ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder from birth to age 21, focusing on reducing challenging behaviors and teaching new skills, while families receive target guidance.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with a robust bonus program, a $10,000 retention bonus for new full-time BCBAs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam soon.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Support clients as they learn new skills and achieve positive behavior changes.
• Assist families in understanding assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for potential issues and advocate for clients by communicating concerns.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to our team of behavioral technicians.
• Support physical activities during sessions to keep pace with children.
