Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our Baltimore-area team. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and support a multi-tiered clinical team to ensure effective, data-driven treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to change behaviors.
• Monitor progress and share client achievements with families.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Train and orient growing team of behavior technicians.
