Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting under BCBA supervision. Eligible candidates must hold RBT certification or complete a 40-hour training and sit for the competency exam within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities include direct client care, data collection, and parental training. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification or be willing to complete 40-hour training and sit for competency exam within 45 days.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 client care and group settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect and summarize data on client behavior.
