Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. Must hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment, with a focus on language, social, and school readiness skills.

Responsibilities include direct client care, data collection, and caregiver coaching, in a full-time in-center role with a structured workday and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to participate in background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not done in the past year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 client care and small group sessions.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/BC.
• Record and summarize client data accurately.
• Assist with caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized therapy environments.
• Prepare client materials and support assessments as directed by supervisor.
• Communicate progress and concerns with families under BCBA supervision.
