Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy is seeking exceptional behavior technicians who hold or are willing to obtain RBT certification. In this 1:1 ABA therapy role, you will work under a BCBA/BC and help children on the autism spectrum develop language, communication, social, and school readiness skills.

Pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour. Responsibilities include direct client care, data collection, parent training, documentation, and maintaining a safe, supportive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• GED or high school diploma required.
• Willing to participate in background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy.
• Collect, record, and summarize client data.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely and proper documentation.
