Job summary

First Horizon Bank Miami seeks an Operations Center Cash Supervisor to oversee cash operations, vault, ATM, and TCRs, ensuring cash is balanced, secure, and compliant with policy. You will process client transactions accurately, apply approvals and overrides prudently, manage access controls, and support audits with precise record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow bank policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure center cash is managed, balanced, and secured within the established limits following bank policy.
• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while using sound judgment for approvals and overrides.
• Stay informed on updates and communicate policy, procedure, and compliance changes to the team.
• Manage access controls with dual control where applicable and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets.
• Assist with cash audits and ensure accurate record retention as part of risk management.
