Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Teller Supervisor to oversee banking center operations, ensuring accurate cash handling, balancing, and safe processing of deposits. The role focuses on delivering excellent client experiences and leading a team of tellers to meet efficiency targets.

You will monitor transactions, support fraud prevention, and coordinate with partners to promote banking products while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidates must meet a background/credit check requirements per S.A.F.E. Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawer with proper control and security.
• Lead teller team including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Monitor ATM balancing and deposits verification; ensure accuracy.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, risk management, and audit controls.
