Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Banking Center Supervisor to provide supervision and support to tellers, ensuring top customer service and adherence to bank policies. You will train staff, manage operational risk, and lead client experience initiatives while driving cross-sell efforts with bank partners.

Responsibilities include overseeing cash operations, processing client transactions accurately, maintaining security controls, and supporting sales, product knowledge, and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tellers and ensure maximum customer service in a professional manner.
• Monitor and train transactional processing staff to support bank marketing efforts and cross-sell products.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, risk management and audit requirements.
• Lead client experience initiatives and resolve client issues promptly.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Schedule and coach the transactional processing team; evaluate performance and support training.
