• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently with approvals/overrides to prevent fraud.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the client experience and resolve client issues promptly.
• Cross-sell and refer bank products to deepen relationships.
• Manage scheduling and performance of tellers and transactional staff.
• Ensure audit and security policies are followed during operations.
