Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs.
• Process client transactions accurately with approvals/ overrides to prevent fraud.
• Communicate policy changes and training to the team; maintain secure access controls.
• Mitigate risk by supporting cash audits and maintaining records.
• Lead client experience, cross-sell with bank partners, and manage scheduling.
