Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking an on-site Banking Center Supervisor to oversee tellers, manage cash operations, and ensure compliant daily processing. You will train and coach staff, monitor risk controls, and drive excellent client service while supporting bank marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on accuracy and fraud prevention. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities to advance within the First Horizon Bank

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tellers and processing staff to ensure efficient, accurate customer service.
• Monitor cash operations including vaults, cashboxes, and ATMs to stay within policy limits.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and risk controls.
• Lead staff training and performance coaching; manage scheduling and workload.
