You will lead teller teams, coach staff, and ensure adherence to bank policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements while supporting sales and product knowledge initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required;Bachelor’s degree preferred;2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper control and audit/security compliance.
• Monitor vault cash and dual-control procedures.
• Balance and process ATM entries; conduct required audits.
• Verify deposits in night/lobby depository.
• Lead client experience initiatives and resolve client issues promptly.
• Cross-sell to bank partners and explain product benefits.

Education
